ZJQH Series Stainless Steel Submersible Seawater Pumps

Application: Suitable for extracting or lifting seawater or corrosive liquid media, widely used in petroleum, chemical, shipbuilding, offshore firefighting, ship ballast adjustment, and can also be used to extract ordinary underground drinking water, mineral water, etc.

Environment and Material Description: QH stainless steel submersible pumps are available in several materials, each suitable for different working environments. For seawater or highly corrosive media, austenitic stainless steel 316, 316L, duplex stainless steel 2205, or tin bronze should be selected. For moderately corrosive media, austenitic stainless steel 304, among other materials, is recommended.

Equipment Advantages: Precision machining with CNC lathes ensures the parallelism and perpendicularity of components. Strict factory inspections, careful assembly, and full-load factory testing guarantee reliable performance for users. Some series incorporate advanced foreign technology to improve pump efficiency, making the stainless steel submersible pumps more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.

Submersible Seawater Pump Motor Parameters: Complies with standard GB/T 2818-2014. The motor features a water-lubricated structure and must be filled with clean water during use. The standard cable length is approximately 3 meters; custom lengths are available upon request. Due to the poor magnetic conductivity of stainless steel, the operating temperature is slightly higher than that of standard motors.

Power Supply Voltage: Typically 380V/50Hz unless otherwise specified by the customer. Voltage and frequency can be customized according to customer requirements. During operation, variations in power supply voltage and frequency relative to rated values and their impact on motor performance and temperature rise shall comply with GB 755 standards.

Usage Conditions: The maximum submersion depth is generally no more than 70 meters, with water temperature not exceeding 30°C. The solid content in water (by weight) should not exceed 0.01%. Other specifications can be referenced in the technical agreement signed by both parties. Customization services are available for special working conditions to meet specific environmental requirements.
