Taiyuan Zhijiang Brand Hot Spring Hot Water Submersible Pump unit consists of four main components: the hot water submersible pump, the submersible hot water motor (including heat-resistant cable), water delivery pipes, and control switch (with a gate valve added for high-lift pumps).1. The hot water submersible pump is a single-suction, multi-stage centrifugal pump, composed of main parts such as the guide casing, impeller, sealing ring, tapered sleeve, pump shaft, heat-resistant bearings, inlet section, check valve, and valve body.2. The hot water submersible motor is a sealed, water-filled, wet-type three-phase asynchronous motor, consisting of main components such as the stator, rotor, upper and lower bearing seats, sand prevention device, and pressure adjustment device.3. The hot water submersible pump and the hot water submersible motor are directly integrated into one unit via a sleeve-type coupling or claw coupling, forming the hot water submersible pump unit.

4. The upper section of the hot water submersible motor is equipped with a sand shield and two reverse-assembled skeleton oil seals, i.e., the sand prevention device. Additionally, a sand prevention sealing module can be installed based on user requirements.5. The connection between each stage of the hot water submersible pump is a tight joint positioned by the guide casing thread and spigot, with the impeller and pump shaft fixed by keyways, which must be assembled using a dedicated chassis for positioning.6. The heat-resistant submersible motor stator is fixed to the upper and lower bearing seats, base, and connection seat using double-ended bolts with sealing rubber rings, ensuring tight connections positioned by spigots on each end face.7. The upper end of the hot water motor is equipped with water injection and vent holes, while the lower end has a drainage hole. Before submerging the pump into the well, the inner cavity of the hot water submersible motor must be filled with pure water, ensuring no false fullness, and all hole plugs must be tightly secured to prevent any water leakage.
