ATRON? AP 125A is a water-based cleaning agent specifically developed to remove water-soluble fluxes from various packaging products, such as flip chips, including 2.5D/3D TSV stacks, BGAs, and SiPs, while providing excellent surface conditions for subsequent processes like underfill, wire bonding, and molding. This cleaner is compatible with sensitive metals and is particularly suitable for cleaning products with low standoff gaps and narrow bump pitches. ATRON? AP 125A is recommended for use in both inline and offline spray cleaning processes.
