Xinding Industrial Co., Ltd. of Daye City was established in 2009 through the restructuring of state-owned collective enterprises, covering an area of 200,000 square meters. The company possesses high-quality stone mineral resources. In 2020, after undergoing upgrades and transformations, the company changed its name to: Hubei Zhenda Metallurgical Materials Co., Ltd.. The new factory area spans approximately 100 acres! Phase one has been completed, with Plant No. 1 covering 4,990 square meters and Plant No. 2 covering 9,900 square meters! Plant No. 3 is under construction. The three-story office building covers 1,500 square meters, and the three-story shift dormitory covers 1,300 square meters, both currently under construction. On the basis of the original production capacity, three new environmentally friendly, highly efficient, energy-saving, fully automated mechanical vertical lime kilns have been expanded, with patent number (ZL2009-20019662.8). One outdated vertical kiln with backward production capacity has been phased out, elevating the quantity and quality of our company's products to a higher level. A new calcium hydroxide production line has been built, now capable of producing 80,000 tons of calcium hydroxide and 450,000 tons of highly active metallurgical calcium oxide annually, as well as 150,000 tons of magnesium oxide (light-burned dolomite lime). The products are renowned for their high activity, high purity, and high whiteness. The company has also engaged in university-enterprise cooperation with Hubei University of Technology, achieving excellent results and significantly enhancing the quality of our products. The total investment currently exceeds 120 million RMB. Our company has passed the ISO9001:2000 international quality management system certification. The main products currently include five categories: active calcium oxide metallurgical lime, light-burned dolomite, ultra-fine calcium hydroxide, passivated lime desulfurizer, and metallurgical insulation materials. These products are widely used in metallurgical steel, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, chemical additives, water treatment, waste incineration, rubber, plastics, papermaking, paints, coatings, and other industries. Products are sold to numerous domestic steel plants and processing plants. The company currently has 130 employees, including over 20 management and engineering technical personnel, with nearly 10 holding intermediate and senior technical titles.
