0 Epoxy grout consists of three components: A (resin), B (hardener), and C (filler). This product uses high-quality resin and refined fillers. At room temperature, the three components in each set of materials can be fully mixed and used directly without the need for additional ingredients.

I. Product Features

1. High strength and early strength: Provides superior mechanical properties such as compressive and bonding strength compared to cement-based materials, with higher early strength.

2. Low exothermic peak: Offers up to 120 minutes (25°C) of working time, making it suitable for large-volume grouting applications.

3. Non-shrinkage: Ensures complete contact between the grout layer and the bearing surface after final curing, guaranteeing high precision in equipment installation.

4. Creep resistance: Epoxy grout can be used long-term in harsh physical conditions, such as freeze-thaw cycles from -50°C to +80°C and vibrational loads, without plastic deformation, ensuring long-term accuracy of equipment positioning.

5. Toughness: Epoxy grout can dissipate any dynamic loads transmitted by moving equipment that might cause cement-based grout layers to crack.

II. Application Scope
