Concrete Anti-Carbonization Anti-Corrosion Coating

is a high-performance anti-carbonization emulsion-modified cement-based polymer composite material. The emulsion contains unique copolymer components that induce cross-linking reactions in cement, forming an interpenetrating network structure of polymer-cement hydrates. This results in chemical and mechanical cohesion and adhesion, enhancing tensile strength and bonding strength. When applied to the concrete surface, it forms a strong bond, creating a high-strength, tough, and durable elastic protective coating layer. This effectively prevents erosion from environmental corrosive media such as carbon dioxide, chlorides, oxygen, seawater, and acid rain on structural materials. The coating consists of two components: a high-performance polymer emulsion with various additives (liquid component, Part A) and modified cement-based materials (powder component, Part B). After curing, the coating becomes a novel protective sealing material that combines the flexibility of polymer materials with the high durability of inorganic materials.

I. Application Scope

Widely applicable for anti-carbonization, anti-seepage, waterproofing, and anti-corrosion of reinforced concrete structures in water conservancy and hydropower, ports, tunnels, bridges, and other industrial and civil buildings, thereby extending the service life of structures. Examples include cooling towers, aqueducts, sluice gates, dams, bridges, reservoirs, sewage treatment tanks, concrete utility poles, and other engineering projects.

It also withstands mild chemical corrosion, blocking chloride ions, acids, alkalis, and salts from penetrating the concrete, thus preventing reinforcement corrosion; (6) Water-based coating; (7) Available in multiple colors as needed, with dark gray, gray-white, beige, and light blue as standard colors.
