Sleeve grout for rebar connection is a cement-based dry-mix material preblended from cement, fine aggregates, and various concrete admixtures. When mixed with water on-site according to requirements, it forms a self-flowing slurry with advantages such as low viscosity, excellent fluidity, high strength, and micro-expansion without shrinkage. It is suitable for connecting prefabricated components in industrialized and prefabricated housing, and can also be used for secondary grouting of large equipment foundations and grouting of steel structure column bases.

1. Connection of prefabricated frame columns, shear walls, etc., to foundations in prefabricated and industrialized housing;
2. Secondary grouting of large equipment foundations; secondary grouting of high-rise steel structure column bases;
3. Other applications requiring high strength and good fluidity of grouting materials; 

IV. Usage Method

1. Base treatment: Clean the construction surface, remove loose dust, oil stains, etc., from the foundation surface; perform manual or mechanical scabbling (or apply interface agent). All construction surfaces must be solid and free of standing water;

2. Check whether the grouting holes and vent holes of the steel sleeve are blocked. If blocked, clear them in advance;

3. Connect the grouting pipe and prepare the plug;

4. Mix the grout with water according to the recommended water dosage. It is recommended to use a low-speed forced mixer, generally stirring for about 3 minutes. If using a hand drill for mixing, there will be more bubbles after mixing. Let it sit for about 2 minutes until the bubbles break before grouting;

5. If using manual mixing, the viscosity of the grout will be high initially. In this case, extend the mixing time instead of adding more water due to the high viscosity. With the recommended water dosage, the fluidity of the grout will improve as mixing time increases.

6. Perform manual or mechanical grouting, pouring from one end until it flows out from the other end, then seal the grouting hole and vent hole.

7. Do not disturb the grouted area within 24 hours after grouting.
