Oil-resistant concrete mortar is made from special fine powder cement, mineral powder, and imported densifying sealers. Through a special formulation, it is processed into powder by mixing. This cement mortar does not undergo chemical reactions with vegetable oils, animal oils, or mineral oils, and effectively resists the penetration of various oils into the base layer. It features excellent oil resistance, wear resistance, fire resistance, and strong bonding properties.

◆ It is recommended to mix and use locally. For long-distance transportation, prevent mortar segregation and stratification. During construction, ensure thorough vibration to achieve full density, then level and polish the surface.

◆ Oil-resistant mortar must be well-cured. In winter, insulation measures should be taken, and in summer, moisture retention measures are necessary. The curing period should be no less than 14 days, and the finished surface must not be dehydrated.

In areas with heavy oil contamination, applying an additional layer of oil-resistant sealer after using oil-resistant cement mortar for the surface layer yields better results.
