The 700 Proximity Aluminized Proximity Suit is made from imported high-performance aluminized and insulating materials from the United States, providing effective protection against high radiant heat. It can withstand radiant heat up to 1600°C and operate for short periods in ambient temperatures of 260°C. It is primarily used for close-range high radiant heat protection in scenarios such as steel processing, metallurgy, casting, furnace maintenance, oil depot fires, and emergency rescue operations involving aircraft, vehicle, or ship fires. 2. The material of the 700 Proximity Aluminized Proximity Suit consists of four layers: an outer layer of 540g/m2 glass fiber aluminized fabric, an inner lining composed of an aluminum foil reflective layer, an insulating felt, and a neoprene moisture barrier. 3. The garment is certified to the European standard EN11612, achieving a B3 rating for convective heat protection, a C3 rating for radiant heat protection, and an F3 rating for contact heat protection. 4. The outer aluminized fabric has a reflectivity of over 95% against radiant heat. The aluminum foil layer exhibits strong composite adhesion, showing no delamination or cracking after immersion in 60°C hot water for 30 minutes. The aluminized fabric is soft to the touch and remains crack-free even after repeated flexing. 5. The suit is available in one-piece and two-piece styles, with an optional breathing apparatus backpack. The two-piece style consists of a jacket and pants. 6. The set includes a gold-plated insulated hood, insulated gloves, and insulated boots. The gold-plated insulated hood features a gold-plated face shield and contains a safety helmet inside. The insulated gloves are made from the same material as the suit, with high-heat-resistant Kevlar palms for enhanced grip.
