Device Introduction

The automotive fault diagnostic instrument is an ideal exhaust gas inspection and fault analysis tool for automotive maintenance enterprises (M stations) under the automotive group repair M system. It is also suitable for environmental protection departments, automotive inspection stations, automobile manufacturing plants, and other units. It is a partial-flow transmission-type smokemeter used to measure the light absorption coefficient and light absorption ratio of automotive exhaust. Based on the measured light absorption coefficient data, it automatically analyzes the causes of exhaust faults for reference by maintenance personnel. The instrument is assembled from fully imported platforms and key components, and is equipped with an inductive speed clamp and temperature sensor, allowing it to monitor engine speed and lubricating oil temperature while detecting automotive exhaust.

Complies with the new national standards GB3847-2018 and T506 regulations, meeting the requirements of standard G976-2010 "Verification Regulation for Transmission-Type Smokemeters" and TTS06-2004 "Opacity Smokemeters."
Equipped with networking functionality, it can establish connections with supervisory authorities such as environmental protection or transportation departments for regulatory purposes.

The instrument platform, all sensors, and key components are built from imported assemblies. It features calibration functionality, high automation, and ease of use. It employs a sampling (split-flow) measurement method. Utilizing "air curtain" protection technology, it prevents the optical system from contamination by exhaust smoke. The measurement chamber features temperature control to avoid condensation of moisture in the exhaust, which could affect measurement results.
