The water discharged from the water ring vacuum pump enters a large circulation pool or is directly drained. However, if the medium being extracted contains organic solvents, toxic substances, etc., the direct discharge of working fluid has the following drawbacks: As the water ring pump extracts gases, the extracted gases mix with the working fluid, and the water discharged from the outlet may contain some organic solvents and toxic substances. Due to the large volume of water discharged, it places significant pressure on environmental protection. Working Principle: The most basic 2BW series liquid ring vacuum pump/compressor closed-loop circulation system is shown in Figure 2: The extracted gas enters the liquid ring vacuum pump/compressor through the suction port. After compression by the liquid ring vacuum pump/compressor, it enters the gas-liquid separator along with part of the working fluid. In the gas-liquid separator, the gas and liquid phases are separated. The gas is discharged from the exhaust port, and the working fluid is sucked into the liquid ring pump/compressor through the heat exchanger for recycling.
