Plant-based fluoroprotein foam extinguishing agent is a new type of fire suppressant developed by adding fluorocarbon surfactants to plant protein foam extinguishing agents. It is mixed with water in a ratio of 3:97 or 6:94 for use. It overcomes the weaknesses of ordinary protein foam extinguishing agents, such as poor fluidity, low resistance to oil contamination, slow fire suppression, inability to extinguish oil tank fires via sub-surface application, and incompatibility with dry powder extinguishing agents. It is a new, highly efficient, green, and environmentally friendly foam extinguishing agent that does not contain malodorous substances such as hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans.

Extinguishing Principle: Its fire suppression mechanism primarily involves the foam being sprayed onto the fire area to dilute the oxygen concentration and cover the surface of the burning material, thereby cutting off contact with air and suffocating the fire. Due to the action of fluorocarbon surfactants, it possesses four major advantages: low surface tension, minimal critical shear stress, strong oil-repellent capability, and excellent compatibility with dry powder extinguishing agents. It can also be applied via sub-surface injection to extinguish oil tank fires.

Application Scope: This product is mainly used to extinguish non-water-soluble flammable and combustible liquids as well as general solid material fires. It is particularly widely used in combating fires involving large storage facilities, bulk warehouses, transportation transfer devices, production processing equipment, oil ports, terminals, and aircraft hangars containing non-water-soluble flammable and combustible liquids. In extinguishing large-scale oil fires, the combined use of fluoroprotein foam and dry powder extinguishing agents yields better results.
