The instrument features ease of use, simple operation, accurate measurement, high precision, and a high degree of automation.

III. Structural Advantages

The furnace shell of the powder coating carbon black content tester is made of thin steel plate folded and welded, with the inner lining being a rectangular monolithic lining assembled from ceramic fiber material. The heating elements, formed into spirals, are threaded through the inner lining. The furnace is of a sealed structure, with an air insulation layer between the inner lining and the furnace shell.

The combustion tube can be directly inserted or removed from the inner furnace. High-temperature resistant silicone plugs are equipped with quartz glass inlet tubes. Gas is introduced according to standards via the gas three-way directional valve and gas flow meter on the control panel. This device adopts an integrated structure. After purchase, users can directly connect to the power supply to begin furnace baking.

IV. Installation and Use

1. No special installation is required; it can be placed on a flat indoor floor or workbench (rack). To ensure safe operation, the furnace and外殼 must be reliably grounded.

2. The back of the electric furnace is equipped with gas inlet and outlet devices, allowing for the introduction of nitrogen, air, or mixed gases. Connecting pipes and three-way valves must be used, and gas cylinders must be placed at least 4 meters away from the furnace. Gas cylinders must be equipped with pressure reducing valves, and the hoses connecting the cylinders to the carbon black tester should be pressure-resistant rubber hoses.

3. When the furnace temperature begins to rise, open the main valve of the nitrogen or mixed gas cylinder, adjust the pressure reducing valve to the minimum pressure, and open the valve on the control panel of the carbon black tester (pay attention to the direction). Introduce gas into the combustion tube at a flow rate of 2L/min. After the experiment is completed, close the main valve of the gas cylinder. After verifying that all connections are correct, power can be applied to begin heating.
