The group is a new product innovatively designed by our company after developing air jet mills and mechanical mills, combining the advantages and disadvantages of both airflow and mechanical methods.
    It mainly consists of a flat-type air jet mill and a mechanical mill combined, including the mill, crushing blade disc, crushing toothed ring, crushing nozzle, motor, shaft seat, feed inlet, discharge outlet, frame, etc.
Features:
    Coarser materials of 3~5mm can first enter the energy-efficient mechanical mill to be directly crushed to 325 mesh or finer particle size, then be sucked into the grinding chamber by the collection part of the air jet mill, and further ultrafine-ground by airflow to D50: 1~5mm. This two-stage crushing process is completed in one step, saving about 30% of energy.
Due to the mechanical and airflow crushing methods, all systems in contact with the material are made of high-wear-resistant alumina ceramics, ensuring high purity of the crushed material without contamination.
The mechanical crushing blade disc of this machine adopts frequency conversion control, allowing regulation of the supply quantity and particle size for the airflow crushing section.
Application range: Ultrafine grinding of various materials such as ultra-pure inorganic materials, metal oxides, rare earth materials, fine ceramic materials, fine chemical materials, electronic materials, pollen, Ganoderma lucidum spore powder, Panax notoginseng, nutritional products, and more.
