1. Metal Nano Lubrication Additives: Adding 0.1~1% nano tin powder to lubricating oil or grease forms a self-lubricating and self-repairing film on the friction surface during the friction process, significantly improving the anti-wear and friction-reducing performance of the friction pair.
2. Activated Sintering Additives: Nano tin powder significantly reduces the sintering temperature of powder metallurgy products and high-temperature ceramic products in powder metallurgy.
3. Conductive Coating Treatment for Metals and Non-Metals: Coating is applied under oxygen-free conditions at temperatures below the melting point of the powder. This technology can be used in the production of microelectronic devices.
Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in vacuum-sealed multilayer bags by default, with additional paper drums or cartons. After receipt, it should be stored sealed in a dry and cool environment.
