Application in PET engineering plastics: A small amount of nano titanium nitride powder used in thermoplastic engineering plastics such as PET, PA, etc., can serve as a crystallization nucleating agent. Dispersing nano titanium nitride in ethylene glycol to prepare nano slurry, and through polymerization, enables better dispersion in PET engineering plastics, significantly accelerating the crystallization rate of PET engineering plastics, simplifying molding, and expanding the application scope of PET engineering plastics. At the same time, the numerous dispersed nano titanium nitride particles in PET, due to the nano effect, can greatly improve the wear resistance and impact resistance of PET engineering plastics.

3. Application of high thermal radiation coatings: High nitrogen content nano titanium nitride powder is a key material for high thermal radiation coating materials used in high-temperature environments.
