Bray Series 92 Direct Mount and Series 93 Spring Return Pneumatic Actuators are manufactured with design elements focusing on form, strength, compactness, and simplicity.

Superior design and precision manufacturing result in a modular product line that reduces overall size requirements and saves costs. Additionally, all Bray accessories are fully modular and can be directly mounted to the actuator, reducing costs and offering flexibility and efficiency.

Bray Series 92/93 actuators are rack and gear opposed piston actuators, available in two versions: double-acting with 90°, 135°, and 180° rotation, and spring return with 90° rotation.

Series 92/93 actuators are primarily designed for pneumatic operation, with a maximum pressure of up to 140 psig (10 bar) and a temperature range of -4°F to 200°F (-20°C to 93°C). For applications involving higher or lower temperatures, please consult the manufacturer.

All double-acting and spring return models are suitable for on/off and throttling applications. As an option, actuators powered by other media, such as hydraulic fluid or water, are also available.

Series 92/93 actuators are fully enclosed and self-contained. Their various features reduce maintenance needs and make disassembly and installation safer and more straightforward.

Direct Mounting

Bray actuators comply with ISO 5211 dimensional standards, allowing direct mounting onto Bray valves without the need for external adapters. On-site installation is simple, minimizing misalignment and reducing the accumulation of contaminants between the valve and actuator.
