The handheld liquid filling machine consists of components such as a liquid flow metering control instrument, flow transmitter, temperature transmitter, balance check valve (or pipeline check valve), integrated oil gun (or combined oil gun), filter, etc. The liquid flow metering control instrument collects the volume pulse signal from the flow transmitter in real time and achieves real-time temperature compensation for liquid density by gathering temperature signals from the temperature transmitter, thereby enabling high-precision dynamic mass measurement of liquid flow. It can independently perform liquid loading and unloading (truck/ship) measurement, process measurement of crude oil and finished oil in workshops, continuous filling measurement for large barrels, and quantitative control of reactor batching. It can also be connected to an upper computer to form a distributed computer monitoring and management system.

It is mainly suitable for quantitative filling of barrels, quantitative loading of vehicles, workshop measurement, and reactor feeding measurement of various liquid products such as lubricants, chemical additives, plasticizers, solvent oil, edible oil, acetic acid, pharmaceutical intermediates, gasoline and diesel, formaldehyde, etc.

Mobile quantitative filling workflow:

1. Position the barrels (can be placed in rows for convenient filling).

2. Directly input the quantitative filling value and number of barrels into the liquid quantitative metering control instrument.

3. Insert the filling gun into the barrel and start the instrument to begin metering and filling large barrels.

4. The control instrument issues a start command to open the relevant valves and start the pump, initiating the feeding and filling measurement.

5. When the preset filling value is reached, close the relevant valves and pump.

6. Move to the second barrel, insert the filling gun into the barrel, and follow steps 3, 4, and 5 above to continue filling until all large barrels are filled.

The above workflow is an automatic filling process controlled by the instrument. Filling can be started by pressing a remote control or the instrument button (explosion-proof remote control function is optional).

[Operation Process] Taking 200 kg/barrel and needing to fill 20 barrels as an example:

1. Insert the filling gun into the barrel.

2. Keyboard operation: 200 → Quantitative → 20 → Start (filling begins, and the pump stops automatically after reaching 1000 kg).

3. Insert the filling gun into another empty barrel and press Start again...... until all 20 barrels are filled.
