Shenzhen Zhishun Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd. GYB-500DD Digital Display Extensometer Calibrator is a digital display, purely mechanical high-precision displacement micrometer instrument. According to the requirements of JJG762-2007 Extensometer Verification Regulation, it is specifically used for the calibration of various types of extensometers and is also widely used for the verification of displacement sensors and corresponding dial indicators and micrometers.

Structural Features and Reading Method
1. This instrument consists of a metal reflective grating scale reading head, a precision differential measuring head, and a measuring bracket. The calibrator features a modular structural design. It is driven by handwheels (coarse adjustment handwheel and fine adjustment handwheel), and data is transmitted via an R232 port to a computer. By combining the precision differential measuring head and support arm in various ways or positions, and equipped with extended column accessories and various forms of separation specimens such as cylinders, plates, and blades, it facilitates the calibration of various models and specifications of extensometers. Users can also configure specialized accessories for precise micro-deformation measurement according to their specific testing needs.
2. The metal reflective grating scale and reading head are driven by two stages: the fine adjustment handwheel and the coarse adjustment handwheel, with a maximum range of 50 mm; resolution: 0.0001 mm; accuracy: 0.0003 mm.
