Technical Features

    Pall rings feature two rectangular windows opened on the wall of a standard Raschig ring. The window leaves meet at the center of the ring, with the upper and lower rows of windows staggered. This design reduces resistance, increases gas velocity, and ensures uniform liquid distribution. Under the same pressure drop, the processing capacity can be increased by 50% compared to Raschig rings.

Applications and Suitable Conditions

    Suitable for carbon dioxide degassing towers, ozone contact reaction towers, and other reaction towers as contact packing.
