The AL-SMMP1 Single-Mode Microwave Plasma Reactor employs a six-axis machining center precision-crafted single-mode resonant cavity, ensuring accurate experimental data.  

The AL-SMMP1 Single-Mode Microwave Plasma Reactor utilizes an AI control system with artificial intelligence logic algorithms to achieve precise control of complex, long-lag objects, ensuring accurate temperature control and preventing overheating or underheating. It features IoT functionality, enabling remote control from different locations via mobile phones or computers when connected to the internet.

Application Fields:

The AL-SMMP1 Single-Mode Microwave Plasma Reactor is primarily suitable for material preparation, surface etching, sputtering, vapor deposition, and silicon wafer oxidation. It can also be used for surface treatment of metals, alloys, and non-metals, as well as oxidation, modification, and other surface treatments, or for depositing coatings on organic and inorganic substances. It can be applied in emerging research areas such as hydrogen production and carbon nanotube preparation.
