The AL-IMCS01 Intelligent Microwave Solid-State Reactor is a product designed based on our company's control technology and tailored to meet the needs of university faculty and students. It is primarily used for low to medium-temperature solid-state reactions. Key features of the AL-IMCS01 include precise temperature control, a 7-inch display screen, touch control, user-friendly operation, and data storage capabilities. Equipped with powerful digital processing functions, it enables real-time online display and recording of reaction data and curve graphs. The reactor allows programmed control of reaction conditions, dividing experiments into multiple working stages, and permits online modification of unsuitable reaction parameters. It also features the ability to save and query experimental records.

Application Fields:

The AL-IMCS01 Intelligent Microwave Solid-State Reactor facilitates the generation of a wide range of composite oxides, such as oxygen-containing salts, binary or multicomponent ceramic compounds, through processes like contact, reaction, nucleation, and crystal growth at solid interfaces. It is suitable for applications in inorganic synthetic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, quarantine and epidemic prevention, analytical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, petrochemicals, materials science, and related fields.
