The Double Oblique Wave Cooling Fill is designed based on the step wave configuration, taking into account the cooling water flow path length in existing cooling tower fills in China. It significantly extends the actual flow path of cooling water, markedly improving cooling efficiency. Additionally, it ensures more uniform water film distribution, increases the contact area between water and air, and slows down water flow velocity. This type of fill component offers high strength and is widely suitable for natural draft cooling towers and large mechanical draft cooling towers.
