The instrument internally uses an imported electronic vortex generator from the United States. The powder is then re-sucked by the vortex onto the standard test sieve in order of size. Throughout the process, the electronic vortex generator controls the three-dimensional movement of powder particles by size, realizing the air jet sieving theory: classification before sieving. By replacing test sieves with different mesh sizes for sequential sieving, the percentage of particle size limits is ultimately determined.
