【Applications】

1. Mainly used as a dispersant and filler for disperse dyes and vat dyes. Can also be used as a dispersant in the manufacture of color lakes.

2. In the printing and dyeing industry, mainly used for vat dye suspension pad dyeing, stabilizing acid dyeing, and disperse and soluble vat dye dyeing.

3. In the rubber industry, can be used as an emulsion stabilizer; in the leather industry, can be used as an auxiliary tanning agent.

4. As a strong water reducer, it can shorten the construction period, save cement and water, and improve cement strength.

【Dosage Reference】

(1) Used as a dispersant or filler for disperse dyes and vat dyes: dosage is 0.5-3 times that of vat dyes or 1.5-2 times that of disperse dyes, with a portion reserved to be added as filler in commercial dyes.

(2) Vat dye dyeing: ① Suspension pad dyeing process: generally add 3-5g/L in the pad dyeing bath; in the reduction bath, generally add 15-20g/L. ② Leuco acid method: generally use 2-3g/L.

(3) Disperse dye dyeing: In polyester high-temperature high-pressure dyeing, generally add 0.5-1.5g/L to the dyeing bath.

(4) Ice dyeing: Naphthol padding bath dosage is generally 2-5g/L, developing bath dosage is generally 0.5-2g/L.
