Structure and Principle: - Structure: Mainly composed of a brushless motor, electronic control device, vibration damping device, transmission shaft, vibration body, and handle, forming an independent and complete handheld tamping machine with a reasonable and compact structure.
- Working Principle: Powered by a lithium battery, driven by a DC brushless motor, the power is transmitted to the vibration part through a reducer, intermediate gears, and other transmission devices, causing the rolling cone inside the rod shell to vibrate, which drives the pick head to perform tamping operations on the track bed ballast.
