II. Structural Features: This drilling machine consists of a clamp, sleeve feeding device, working device, reducer, gasoline engine, scale, and other components. The power from the gasoline engine is transmitted through the reducer and working device to the main shaft, driving the drill bit to rotate.

III. Usage Method: 1. Install the drill bit: Loosen the two perpendicular set screws at the front of the main shaft, insert the drill bit, align the two flat surfaces of the drill shank with the set screws, and tighten the set screws.
2. Adjust the top blocks: There are four top blocks at the lower part of the clamp. The side of the clamp body has markings for top block positions for different rail types. Loosen the top block bolts (do not remove them); adjust the top block position according to the rail type to be drilled, and tighten the bolts.
3. Add fuel: Unscrew the fuel tank cap at the top of the fuel tank, add 90# (or 93#) gasoline. Unscrew the fuel tank cap at the bottom of the fuel tank, add gasoline to the engine, and tighten the fuel tank cap.
4. Use of the scale: The machine is equipped with a scale for drilling positions. The front of the scale's positioning block has an observation window to see the rail type marking. Adjust the positioning block to the position of the first hole to be drilled on the rail, place the scale on the top surface of the rail, press the positioning block against the rail end face, and repeat the above steps for the second and third holes.
5. Mount the drilling machine: The vertical set screw of the clamp can be used as a handle. Lift the drilling machine, press the side of the upper beam of the clamp body against the side of the scale stopper, tighten the set screw, and clamp the rail.
6. Connect the cooling water: The machine comes with a pressure water bottle. Fill the bottle with cold water and tighten the cap. There is a water pipe connector on the side of the drilling machine. Connect the water pipe to the machine's water pipe connector, pressurize the pressure bottle, and check that the system does not leak. Note: The water pressure system must be pressurized. Do not use it without pressure, as it may burn out the drill bit.
7. Start the gasoline engine: Operate the gasoline engine strictly according to the engine's user manual.

8. Increase the throttle to bring the main shaft speed to 200rpm, turn on the cooling water, pull the feed handle, and begin the drilling operation.
