Working Principle:

The working principle of the diffused silicon differential pressure transmitter is as follows: process pressure acts on the sensor, which outputs a voltage signal proportional to the pressure. The voltage signal is then converted into a 4–20 mA standard signal through the amplification circuit.

The differential pressure transmitter has two air inlets: a high-pressure inlet labeled "H" and a low-pressure inlet labeled "L".

During installation, air leakage is not allowed, as it will reduce measurement accuracy.

Electrical Connection:

The electrical connection method for the differential pressure transmitter is direct wiring. Specific wiring method:

Red: Power + Blue: Power -

The differential pressure transmitter outputs a 4–20 mA DC signal, with a power supply voltage range of (12–32) VDC and a standard voltage of 24 VDC.

Red: Power + Yellow: Power - White: Output +

The differential pressure transmitter outputs a 0–10 V DC signal, with a power supply voltage range of (12–32) VDC and a standard voltage of 24 VDC.

Usage and Maintenance:

Usage:

1: The differential pressure transmitter is small in size and light in weight, allowing it to be directly installed at the measurement point. Ensure the pressure interface is sealed to prevent air leakage from affecting measurement accuracy.

2: Connect the wires as specified, and the transmitter will enter working condition. For higher measurement accuracy, the instrument should be powered on for half an hour before use.

Maintenance:

1: Transmitters in normal use require no maintenance.

2: Transmitter calibration method: When the pressure is zero, adjust the zero point first. Then apply pressure to the full range and calibrate the full scale. Repeat this process until the standard requirements are met.

3: Regular calibration of the instrument should be performed by professionals to avoid human damage.

4: When not in use, the instrument should be stored in a clean environment with a temperature of 10–30°C and humidity of 30%–80%.

Precautions:

1. It is recommended to install a two-way valve when installing the differential pressure transmitter to prevent excessive static pressure on both ends.

2. The differential pressure transmitter should be used with gases and liquids that do not corrode the 316L stainless steel diaphragm.

3. When wiring, strictly follow the instructions in the manual to ensure the transmitter functions properly.

4. For environments with strong interference or higher requirements, shielded cables can be used.
