I. Product Overview:

The digital pressure gauge features a fully electronic structure, powered by batteries, and is easy to install on-site. It employs a high-precision piezoresistive pressure sensor at the front end. The output signal is amplified and processed by a high-precision, low-temperature drift amplifier, then sent to a high-precision A/D converter,

where it is converted into a digital signal that can be processed by the microprocessor. After computation, the actual pressure value is displayed on the LCD screen.

This intelligent digital pressure gauge is flexible to use, simple to operate, easy to calibrate, and safe and reliable. It is widely used in industries such as hydropower, water supply, petroleum, chemical, machinery, and hydraulics for measuring and displaying the pressure of fluid media.

It can be directly installed on hydraulic pipelines via pressure pipe connectors (M20*1.5) (other sizes can be specified when ordering). In critical applications (such as severe vibration or impact), pressure pipe connectors can be mechanically decoupled using miniature hoses. Note: For ranges less than 100 kPa, it must be installed vertically.

VI. Operating Instructions:

1. Measurement Mode:

Turn on/off: Briefly press the "ON/OFF" key. ◆ Unit switch: Long press the "ON/OFF" key.

Peak reset: Briefly press the "ZERO" key. ◆ Display reset: Long press the "ZERO" key.

(Note: This function can only be used when there is no pressure.)

2. Setting Mode:

"ZERO" key: Briefly press to modify the currently flashing digit or scroll down the menu; long press to move the flashing digit position.

"ON/OFF" key: Briefly press to allow modification of the current parameter value (the highest digit flashes) or confirm the current parameter modification (the digit stops flashing); long press is invalid.

3. Parameter Settings:

"Locd": Password input menu, enter the password "1000".

"offt": Auto-shutdown time menu, setting range "00~15" minutes, "00" for continuous operation.

"bclt": Backlight duration menu, setting range "00~15" minutes, "00" to turn off the backlight.

"End-": Exit menu, setting value "0~1", "0" to exit without saving settings, "1" to exit and save settings.

VII. Usage Notes:

1. The instrument should be stored and used in an environment with a temperature of -20°C to 70°C and relative humidity below 80%.

2. When connecting the instrument to pipelines, ensure the connectors are concentric and properly fitted.

3. Use a 9V alkaline battery (6LR61) when replacing the battery.
