Product Overview:

The circular vibrating screen uses an eccentric shaft as the vibration power source. The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate, which in turn causes the vibrating screen to perform a circular motion trajectory—up, forward, down, and backward—ensuring that the screened materials pass through the screen mesh evenly and quickly to complete the screening process. It is suitable for screening sand and gravel in quarries and can also be used for product classification in industries such as coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, electric power, and chemical engineering. It mainly consists of a screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, and damping springs. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box and is driven by the motor through a coupling to rotate, generating centrifugal inertial force that forces the screen box to vibrate. For this series of vibrating screens, the screen mesh is the main wearing part. Depending on the material type and user requirements, high-manganese steel woven screen meshes, perforated screen plates, or rubber screen plates can be used. The screen plates are available in single-layer and double-layer configurations, all of which meet the requirements of high screening efficiency, long service life, and non-clogging perforations. This series of vibrating screens is designed for base-mounted installation, and the adjustment of the screen surface inclination angle can be achieved by changing the height of the spring support positions. The motor can be installed on the left side of the screen frame or on the right side.

1. The circular vibrating screen is available in both open and enclosed structural types. This series includes light-duty and heavy-duty models, suitable for screening materials of different particle sizes. When selecting, please confirm the voltage system and any explosion-proof requirements.

2. The equipment installation methods include base-mounted, suspended, and a combination of both. The vibrating screen can be installed left or right; the motor is considered left-installed when located on the left side of the material flow direction and right-installed when on the right side.

3. This series of vibrating screens is equipped with either metal screen plates or rubber screen plates. The screen surface type and aperture size should be determined by the user at the time of order.
