Product Overview:
   The NE type plate chain bucket elevator is suitable for vertical conveying of medium to large-sized and abrasive materials (such as fly ash, limestone, cement clinker, gypsum, lump coal, crushed stone, slag, etc.), with material temperatures below 250°C. The NE type bucket elevator uses high-quality alloy steel high-strength plate chains, which are wear-resistant and reliable; the drive part adopts a hard gear surface reducer. The NE plate chain bucket elevator employs inflow feeding and gravity-induced discharge. This machine features smooth and reliable operation, good sealing, minimal environmental pollution, convenient operation and maintenance, long service life, energy saving, and environmental protection. It is widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, building materials, coal, and hydropower.

Working Principle:
Inflow feeding: materials flow into the bucket and are lifted to the top by the plate chain, then discharge automatically under the force of gravity.

Product Features:
1. Wide lifting range and large conveying capacity. Available in multiple specifications from NE15 to NE800. Lifting capacity ranges from 15 to 800 m3/h.
2. Low drive power. Utilizes inflow feeding and gravity-induced discharge, with densely arranged large-capacity buckets for conveyance, low chain speed, and high lifting capacity. During material lifting, there is almost no backflow or digging, resulting in low無效 power consumption—only 70% of that of ring chain elevators.

Main Structure: The NE type plate chain bucket elevator consists of running parts, drive device, upper unit, middle casing, and lower unit.
Running parts---composed of buckets and special plate chains. NE30 and below use single-row chains, while NE50 to NE800 use double-row chains.
Drive device---employs various drive combinations (depending on user needs). The drive platform is equipped with an inspection frame and railings. The drive device can be installed on the left or right.
Upper unit---equipped with tracks (for double-row chains), a backstop, and a discharge outlet with a backflow prevention plate.
Middle section---some middle sections are equipped with tracks (for double chains) to prevent chain swing during operation.
Lower unit---equipped with a tensioning device (counterweight box, etc.).
