Working Principle of Trommel Screens, Cylindrical Screens, and Rotary Screens:

Trommel screens, cylindrical screens, and rotary screens mainly consist of components such as a motor, reducer, drum device, and frame. The drum device is installed at an incline. The motor, connected to the drum mechanism via the reducer, drives the drum mechanism to rotate around its axis. When materials enter the drum device, due to the inclination and rotation of the drum, qualified materials (undersize products) are discharged through the screen mesh on the outer circumference of the drum, while unqualified materials (oversize products) are discharged from the end of the drum. The drum device of the SH-type series rotary screen is sealed with a body cover, effectively preventing dust from escaping during operation and eliminating dust pollution. When replacing the screen mesh, simply open the body cover for easy operation.
