• Installation environment: Should be installed in a dry, well-ventilated environment free of corrosive gases. The foundation must be solid and level to ensure stability during motor operation.

• Wiring inspection: Check the insulation of wires for integrity and ensure the voltage matches the motor's rated voltage. For three-phase AC power, confirm the correct phase sequence. Connect the ground wire to the motor's grounding point to ensure proper and reliable electrical connections.

• Debugging and operation: Run the vibration motor under no-load conditions for five minutes to observe the overall system operation. Check if the motor starts normally, if the speed meets requirements, and if the operation is smooth and free of abnormal noises. Conduct practical work tests and adjust parameters such as belt or coupling tightness and angle to optimize the equipment's performance.
