TOOLOX33 Introduction to Plastic Mold Steel:

This steel uses unique heat treatment technology, has very low internal stress, high purity, excellent etching performance, and can undergo nitriding and PVD coating treatments. It offers outstanding material toughness and weldability, uniform hardness, and polishing performance comparable to ESR steel.

The surface nitriding hardness of TOOLOX33 mold steel can reach 55HRC.
