Description: R307L is a low-hydrogen sodium-type coated low-carbon heat-resistant steel welding electrode. It offers excellent welding process performance, minimal spatter, stable arc, easy slag removal, aesthetically pleasing weld formation, and outstanding all-position welding capability. The workpiece must be preheated to 160–220°C before welding and requires post-weld tempering treatment at 680–720°C.
Application: Used for welding heat-resistant steels containing 1% chromium and 0.5% molybdenum (such as 15CrMo) for service temperatures up to 520°C. Suitable for applications including boiler pipelines, high-pressure vessels, petroleum refining equipment, etc. It can also be used for welding 30CrMnSi cast steel.
