Suitable for welding the same type of stainless steel containers resistant to L-acid medium (sulfuric acid ammonia) corrosion. It can also be used for stainless steel lining, clad steel plates, dissimilar steels, etc.
Rutile-type coated Cr23Ni13Mo2 stainless steel electrode with good welding process performance, excellent corrosion resistance, crack resistance, and oxidation resistance.
AC, DC reverse polarity (AC, DC+). DC reverse polarity is recommended.

1. Drying requirement: Electrodes must be baked at 300°C for 1 hour before use and used immediately after baking.
2. When using AC welding, spatter is larger, the coating is prone to reddening, and penetration is shallower. Therefore, DC reverse polarity welding is recommended.
3. Use low current and short arc welding as much as possible during welding, with minimal oscillation amplitude.
