Fire-safe structural design ensures that in the event of a fire at the valve site, non-metal sealing rings decompose or are damaged under high temperatures. The fire-safe design, using fire-resistant materials such as graphite for seals, provides effective sealing;
Anti-static design incorporates springs and a ball static grounding device, creating an electrostatic channel between the ball and the valve body through the stem. This directs static electricity generated during the switching of the ball and seals to the ground via the valve body, preventing potential hazards such as fires or explosions caused by electrostatic sparks;
Equipped with a locking device to prevent valve misoperation;
Stem designed with an anti-blowout structure;
The floating ball valve features an elastic sealing ring design. When medium pressure is low, the contact area between the seal ring and the ball is small, creating high specific sealing pressure to ensure reliable sealing. When medium pressure is high, the elastic deformation of the seal ring increases the contact area with the ball, allowing the seal ring to withstand high medium thrust without damage;
