3. Structure: Dismountable structure, overall volume reduced from 3 cubic meters to 1 cubic meter, facilitating transportation and handling, saving shipping costs, and enabling easy on-site assembly.

4. Main Frame: The cabinet is entirely made of porcelain white polypropylene (PP) panels, offering excellent acid and alkali resistance, and constructed through seamless welding.

5. Baffle: Made of 5mm thick high-quality pure PP (polypropylene) board, with scientifically designed installation dimensions for omnidirectional stepless air suction, ensuring no dead angles in exhaust capture. The upper baffle's angle minimizes vortex generation, reduces noise, and firmly ensures your safety.

6. Work Surface: Features an 8mm thick polypropylene countertop (optionally equipped with a physical and chemical board countertop), with a front raised edge to prevent potential splashes. Can also be provided by the contractor.

7. LCD Panel: The control panel is located on the right-side column, equipped with lighting, fan, and damper control switches.         

 8. Socket: Each fume hood is fitted with four 220V 10A laboratory multi-function splash-proof sockets (optionally two Delixi 86-type switch sockets).

9. Glass Sliding Door Viewing Window: Utilizes 5mm thick tempered glass for high safety. Precise counterweights allow smooth sliding and accurate stopping at any height. The connection between the counterweight and glass window employs standard synchronous belt and pulley transmission, ensuring horizontal lifting of the door frame and user safety.

10. Lighting: Equipped with LED lights, fully meeting application needs while ensuring safety and comfort. Features a quick replacement design.

11. Baffle Clamps, Door Handles, Hinges: Made of acid and alkali-resistant PP material with excellent corrosion resistance. (Colors: navy blue, magnetic white).
