Ordering Instructions:
1. Regarding Fabrics:
The garments produced primarily use woven fabrics, with commonly used materials including uniform wool, workwear nylon, polyester-cotton twill, polyester-cotton thick pearl canvas, polyester-cotton fine spinning, polyester-cotton plain cloth, and poplin, among others. For custom orders with other fabrics, please contact the manufacturer directly for detailed discussions.
2. Regarding Styles:
Prison uniform products are generally divided into Zhongshan style and jacket style. Suit collars include Western-style collars and Zhongshan collars. Identification vests are available in V-neck and round neck designs, as well as pullover vests. All garments can be made in solid colors, with zebra stripes, or in patchwork styles based on risk level colors. Specific style requirements can be customized according to customer-provided samples, drawings, or verbal descriptions.
3. Regarding Sewing Techniques:
Prison uniforms typically use conventional single-needle stitching, with reinforced double stitching in the crotch and underarm areas. If full double stitching is required, please discuss details with the factory.
Front closures can be made with buttons or hook-and-loop fasteners (Velcro).
4. Regarding Printing:
Bulk orders qualify for free printing of numbers or text, usually done with screen printing using water-based ink for clear and aesthetically pleasing results. Embroidery, offset printing, or heat transfer printing can also be arranged according to requirements.
