The conical piston plate is placed inside the circular block, with one side fixedly connected to a T-shaped pressing block and the other side fixedly connected to at least six V-shaped metal shims. One end of the V-shaped metal shims is fixed to one side of the valve body's inner wall. Additionally, one end of the valve body is fixedly connected to a spray gun insertion tube, while the other end is fixedly connected to a pulverized coal ejection tube. The inner surface of the spray gun insertion tube is also fixedly connected with at least three elastic sealing rings arranged at equal distances.

• Working Principle: When the coal injection rod is inserted into the valve body, it presses against the T-shaped pressing block, causing the T-shaped pressing block to move to one side. This, in turn, drives the conical piston plate to move out of the circular block, opening the valve and forming a connected exhaust passage. This allows the pulverized coal to be ejected smoothly. When the coal injection rod is withdrawn, the conical piston plate is pushed back into the circular block under the elastic force of the six V-shaped metal shims, achieving a seal and preventing the high-temperature gas inside the furnace from leaking.
