I. Product Features and Description

The primary function of an LTCC high-pass filter (also known as an LTCC low-cutoff filter or low-temperature co-fired ceramic low-resistance filter) is to remove or attenuate components below a specific frequency from a signal while allowing components above that frequency to pass. This type of filter helps improve signal quality by enhancing the high-frequency components and suppressing the low-frequency ones. The LTCC high-pass filter is characterized by allowing frequencies above a certain cutoff frequency to pass while significantly attenuating lower frequencies, thereby eliminating unnecessary low-frequency components or low-frequency interference from the signal.

The LTCC high-pass filter has a maximum operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. It features input/output impedance matching of 50Ω (or 75Ω, must be specified), low standing wave ratio, ease of cascading, ease of integration, flat amplitude-frequency characteristics within the passband, low insertion loss, high out-of-band suppression, narrow transition band, flexible design, light weight, small size, low cost, excellent thermal stability (stable and reliable performance across the full temperature range of -55°C to +85°C), affordability, convenient soldering, good consistency, SMD design, and the ability to reduce complex tuning work, thereby simplifying circuit design.

LTCC high-pass filters are widely used in WLAN, DSTV, Bluetooth, satellite TV, PHS, and cordless phones. During use, ensure that the grounding terminal is properly grounded, as poor grounding may affect out-of-band suppression and flatness indicators. When soldering, use the recommended temperature; avoid excessively high temperatures or prolonged soldering times. If reflow soldering is used, it is recommended to follow the recommended temperature; wave soldering is not advisable. The product should be stored in a warehouse with an ambient temperature of -10°C to 40°C, relative humidity not exceeding 80%, and free from acidic, alkaline, or other harmful gases. Do not immerse during cleaning; it is recommended to wipe with alcohol.
