1. Product Introduction:
The eight-axis linkage laser cladding equipment is a laser cladding processing system independently developed by Guosheng Laser, with the robot as the core of motion. It can adapt to various complex structures and non-standard parts. The system offers flexible and diverse configurations, allowing for the selection of different specifications of robots based on customer application scenarios. Additionally, positioners, rotary tables, and sliding tables can be optionally configured to accommodate laser cladding processing and surface treatment of various types of workpieces. The equipment mainly consists of a front-end execution mechanism and back-end devices. The front-end execution mechanism includes a robotic arm, positioner, electrical control system, laser cladding head, and cladding nozzle. The back-end devices include a dedicated cladding laser, dedicated cladding water chiller, voltage stabilizer, and powder feeder.

Metallurgy, molds, mechanical manufacturing, light industry, petrochemicals, energy, transportation, military industry, and other sectors.
