The principle of laser heating surface quenching is the same as that of conventional heat treatment, but its heating time is very short, the area is small, and the cooling time is extremely fast. Since the laser beam scanning (heating) area is very small, it can process workpieces with complex shapes (such as small grooves, blind holes, small holes, thin-walled parts, etc.) or partial processing very precisely. It can also perform different treatments on different parts of the same area as needed.

5. No heating medium is required, and no gas is emitted to pollute the environment, which is beneficial for environmental protection.

6. Energy saving, with a clean workpiece surface. No grinding is required after treatment, and it can be used as the final finishing process for the workpiece.

7. Laser heating surface quenching can achieve personalized customization and flexible processing.
