The device features broad applicability, excellent treatment efficiency, high-quality effluent, low self-consumption of water, reduced power consumption, compact footprint, and savings in water, electricity, and labor. It eliminates the need for auxiliary pumps and facilities, making it an energy-efficient innovation. 2. Scope of Application - Suitable for water plants in towns and industrial parks using rivers, lakes, and reservoirs with turbidity less than 1000 mg/L as water sources, serving as the main purification unit. - Ideal for decentralized drinking water treatment in rural areas. - Particularly adaptable to lake water sources with low temperature, low turbidity, and seasonal algae. - Functions as a pretreatment device for high-purity water, beverage industry water, boiler feedwater, etc. - Effectively improves the quality of circulating water in metallurgical industrial systems. - Used in reclaimed water systems, treating effluent from sewage plants for purification and reuse. 3. Main Features - Fully automatic operation with easy maintenance; operators only need periodic water quality monitoring. - Adapts to various raw water temperatures and turbidity levels, with high removal efficiency for impurities. Working Principle 4.1 Coagulation Raw water is uniformly mixed with a coagulant in a mixer before entering the perforated rotational flow coagulation zone of the module sedimentation-filter. The water forms a vortex along the tangential direction of the pool wall, enabling rapid and even mixing of the coagulant with water to form flocs. Functional coagulants can be selected based on specific needs and water quality. 4.2 Sedimentation Utilizing inclined tube sedimentation, water enters from the bottom and flows upward. Impurities settle at the bottom of the inclined tubes and slide down freely. Clean water is collected at the top by gutters and flows into the filtration tank. Sludge is collected at the bottom via perforated pipes and periodically discharged into a sludge thickening tank. This process offers high sedimentation efficiency with a small footprint. 4.3 Filtration The filtration process employs a rapid filtration method with a dual-media layer (anthracite and quartz sand). Impurities in the water are trapped as it passes through the media. When the head loss reaches a certain level, the control system automatically initiates backwashing to clean the media layer, with trapped contaminants flushed out. Media of different functions and specifications can be selected based on water quality and effluent requirements. 4.4 Disinfection Ultraviolet (UV) disinfection technology uses C-band UV (short-wave UV, wavelength 200–280 nm, with a central wavelength of 253.7 nm) to destroy the DNA structure of viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens, preventing their reproduction and ensuring pathogen removal. 5.
