The 8.3-meter sightseeing boat is a high-speed fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) hull, equipped with an outboard motor at the stern as the main propulsion unit. The steering wheel on the console controls the hydraulic steering system to swing the motor left and right for steering. This boat is suitable for coastal calm waters, i.e., within 5 nautical miles from the coast, with a visual wave height not exceeding 1.0 meters, a voyage not exceeding 2 hours at 90% of its maximum speed when fully loaded, and navigation in sea conditions with wind force below Beaufort scale 6.
The boat is mainly divided into three areas: the open passenger cabin, the rest cabin, and the forepeak. Passengers board from the stern platform. Symmetrically arranged sofa seats are provided on both port and starboard sides in the open passenger cabin and rest cabin, accommodating 11 persons. The console and pilot seat are located on the starboard side at the front of the open passenger cabin. The console is equipped with a steering wheel, control levers, switches, instruments, radio communication equipment, and can also be fitted with a water-cooled air conditioner powered by a battery.
