The 1150 Water Bus Yellow Model is constructed with a fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) structure, featuring a fully transparent cabin and a fully enclosed high-speed tourist sightseeing boat. It is suitable for navigation in Class B and C inland river areas, lakes, and other water surfaces in China, serving purposes such as water tourism, transportation, and official receptions. It boasts advantages including a novel appearance, comfortable seating, and strong practicality.
The boat is built using high-quality FRP raw materials, with unsaturated water-resistant polyester resin selected for the resin, and alkali-free, non-twist glass fiber fabrics. The gel coat employs water-resistant colored gel coat resin. The various properties of the FRP raw materials and finished products are tested by specialized testing institutions recognized by quality supervision departments, complying with boat regulations.
The hull structure, stability, and minimum freeboard of this boat are designed, calculated, and approved in accordance with China's "Technical Regulations for Statutory Inspection of Inland River Ships" (2004) and its amendments (2007, 2008), as well as the "Rules for Classification and Construction of Inland River High-Speed Ships" (2002), meeting relevant requirements for ship stability, minimum freeboard, and structural strength. The complete set of drawings and technical documents have been submitted to the ship inspection department for review and are produced according to the approved drawings.
The boat is constructed using an FRP female mold, with an outer surface made of resin gel coat, which is smooth, bright, and corrosion-resistant. It offers numerous advantages, including low maintenance costs and resistance to fading.
