Kindergarten Intelligent Departure System
Children are the future of our nation, and picking up children is a crucial part of kindergarten operations. To ensure the healthy and happy growth of children and the orderly functioning of the kindergarten, we have introduced the Kindergarten Intelligent Departure System.
1. The system uses IC radio frequency cards, with one departure card issued to each family member of the child.
2. When picking up a child, parents must swipe the card, adhering to the rule of one card per person for picking up the child from the kindergarten.
3. When coming to the kindergarten to pick up their child, parents should proactively present the "Departure Card" and cooperate with the security guard for verification.
4. When parents swipe the card at the school gate, the system displays the child’s name on the card reader.
5. When parents swipe the card at the school gate, a voice announcement will be made in each classroom, calling out the class and the child’s name, prompting the class teacher to bring the child to the gate.
6. The teacher at the school gate verifies the parent’s identity and hands the child over to the parent.
