Application: This product was developed to replace thiuram accelerators such as WILLING TMTD, primarily because thiuram accelerators tend to produce carcinogenic nitrosamines, while diphenylnitrosamine is non-carcinogenic. It can be used as a fast primary or secondary accelerator in NR, SBR, EPDM, and NBR systems, offering greater safety during use and longer scorch time compared to WILLING TMTD. It is sometimes used as a vulcanization inhibitor in PVC rubber.
Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags.
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Packaged products should avoid direct sunlight, and pallets should not be stacked on top of each other. Overlapping storage or temperatures exceeding 35°C may cause abnormal compression of the product. Shelf life: 1 year.
Note: This product can be processed into ultra-fine powder according to customer requirements.
