Structural Performance:

This product is designed and manufactured in full compliance with flameproof explosion-proof requirements, offering excellent explosion-proof effects and reliable operation in various environments;

The housing is made of high-quality aluminum alloy through die-casting, providing high strength. High-pressure electrostatic spraying and sealing processes protect against rain and water spray; the lamp housing is corrosion-proof, rust-proof, and highly resistant to corrosion, with a corrosion protection rating of WF2;

All joint surfaces of the lamp are equipped with excellent sealing structures, using silicone rubber materials for the seals, which are high-temperature resistant and anti-aging. The housing protection rating reaches IP66;

Equipped with high-brightness integrated LED light sources, offering low energy consumption and high light efficiency; compared to metal halide lamps, high-pressure sodium lamps, and mercury lamps, it saves over 60% energy at the same brightness level.

The lamp adopts an integrated design with a three-chamber separation structure for the light source chamber, power supply chamber, and wiring chamber. The light source chamber and power supply chamber are completely isolated, with a special universal heat dissipation structure in between, ensuring an LED light source lifespan of over 50,000 hours;

The lens is made of high-strength tempered glass, offering high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and high light transmittance;

The power supply chamber is equipped with a specially designed constant current power supply, which is efficient, low-power, and features short-circuit and overheating protection functions, ensuring reliable operation of the light source and maximizing high light efficiency, energy savings, and long lifespan;

The lamp comes standard with a U-shaped fixed bracket, adjustable within a 90° to 60° elevation angle; ceiling-mounted (x), wall-mounted (b), pole-mounted (g), guardrail-mounted (f), flange-mounted (h), and bent-pole mounting options are available to meet various installation needs;
