1. Uses Weigute's self-developed ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic transducer, providing strong and uniform ultrasonic waves, high mechanical Q value, stable performance, and long service life.

2. PLC control system: All parameters, including water inlet and drainage, cleaning temperature, cleaning time, drying time, filtration cycle time, and ultrasonic power, can be set and operated via the human-machine interface.

3. Filtration cycle system: Filtration precision is optional from 1-50μm, removing particles, sediments, suspended solids, and floating debris from the cleaning solution, improving cleaning agent utilization, and reducing cleaning costs.

1. Check whether the liquid levels in each storage tank are at the specified positions. After starting each circulation pump, observe the drop in liquid levels. If the liquid level in the first storage tank is 50mm below the heater, replenish the cleaning solution.

2. If the filter is clogged, the pressure gauge needle will move upward. After determining the approximate standard, replace the internal filter element.

3. The shaking mechanism should be lubricated every three months.

4. Regularly clean the surfaces of the heaters in each tank.

5. Regularly inspect and calibrate each temperature regulator.

6. Regularly clean the inside of the cooling pipes; otherwise, scale may form, reducing pipe diameter and cooling efficiency.
